We take pride in our special sauce, which has been crafted and continuously added to since our establishment, and brings out the deliciousness of yakitori.

Salt is an important ingredient when it comes to cooking, which is why we use a special salt made with a special blend of carefully selected salts from Japan and the world.

Chicken Liver, our specialty

Our skewers use a special Amakusa pork brand called Hobokuton.
Hobokuton are raised in a stress-free, open-air environment, which ensures a natural and delicious meat flavor.

We stock carefully selected, fresh Kumamoto ingredients as well as seasonal ingredients from Amakusa such as dried fish, fish paste or kamaboko and seaweed.
